2130 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 2130 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

By accessing, browsing, or using the 2130 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2130 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately. 2130 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18, or below the legal age limit under applicable local law, are strictly prohibited from using this platform.
The 2130 platform operates under a recognised licence and complies with applicable legal requirements in Malaysia. All services offered are subject to Malaysian law and any other relevant jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in their region. 2130 makes no representation that its services are suitable or available outside Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 2130 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account using accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted only one active account; holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by any other party using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
2130 encourages you to use a strong, unique password and to change it regularly to keep your account secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 2130 support team immediately. Our platform employs up-to-date encryption protocols and technical security measures to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited at 2130's discretion.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
2130 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited. Users may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise grant access to their account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
Any attempt to hack, breach, attack, or disrupt 2130's technical infrastructure is a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Users are also prohibited from posting or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or in violation of copyright through any communication channel on the platform. 2130 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate the account of any user suspected of breaching these rules without the need to provide reasons or compensation. Users found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported directly to the relevant Malaysian authorities.
In addition, all users must comply with the betting limits set by the platform and are not permitted to transfer funds between different user accounts. 2130 reserves the right to set deposit, withdrawal, and betting limits as required by operational and regulatory compliance needs from time to time.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 2130 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. 2130 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other approved digital payment options, which may be updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 2130 is not liable for any delays, failures, or losses arising from inaccurate payment details submitted by the user. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to identity verification and fraud prevention procedures. Deposited funds are for wagering purposes only and may not be used otherwise. 2130 reserves the right to hold or delay any suspicious withdrawal pending further investigation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the user's sole responsibility. 2130 does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times, and the platform reserves the right to add or remove any payment method without prior notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 2130 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding its suitability, accuracy, or availability at any time. 2130 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, data corruption, or any technical issues beyond our control.
Regarding account policy, 2130 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation if suspicious activity or a terms violation is reported. Accounts permanently closed due to a terms breach will not receive any refund of outstanding funds. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 2130 support team, and any legitimate funds will be returned in accordance with established procedures. 2130 also reserves the right to close inactive accounts that have exceeded the specified period of inactivity, following prior notice sent to the user's registered email.
2130's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 2130 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 2130 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written consent of 2130.
The 2130 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled or operated by us. The presence of such links does not imply that 2130 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of those sites before engaging with them.
2130 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, and any such disputes shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
